Service scope

Afluento is a voice-first workspace for rooms, tasks, notes, and calendar workflows.

What the service stores

To run the service, Afluento stores your account details, conversation history, including text messages and transcripts from voice sessions, room data, saved preferences, and connected-provider details. If you use contacts or connect a calendar, the service may also store contact details, attendee emails, event details, locations, notes, and related scheduling context needed to show relevant activity and sync approved changes.

Continuity and remembered context

We store conversation and room history so sessions can resume. Built-in rooms can share continuity across built-in rooms, while custom rooms keep separate continuity. Afluento may also remember preferences, corrections, and similar context to make later sessions more useful and more personalized. Older history may also be shortened into remembered context so important details still carry forward.

How the service uses data

We may use data to operate, secure, debug, personalize, and improve the service. That includes keeping room continuity working, showing calendar or contact context when applicable, and supporting approved calendar workflows.

Connected providers and approvals

Google sign-in uses only basic identity scopes: openid email profile. Google Calendar access is requested in a separate connection step. Apple Calendar connection is manual today and asks for your Apple ID email, an app-specific password, and a CalDAV URL. Connected provider credentials and similar secrets are encrypted on our servers. To run the service, we may rely on providers for authentication, database and storage, model and voice processing, hosting and infrastructure, optional analytics or webhook providers if configured, and calendar connections. When Afluento proposes a write to a connected calendar provider, you review and approve it before it is sent. This approval step applies to assistant-proposed external writes, not to changes you make yourself directly in another calendar app. Google Calendar currently supports approved create, update, and delete actions. Apple Calendar connection is available and supports approved create, update, and delete actions through that connection.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods secure, keeping connected-provider permissions up to date, and reviewing approvals before they are sent. You remain responsible for final business, scheduling, and other outside decisions.

Acceptable use

You may not use Afluento to break the law, abuse third-party services, or try to access accounts or systems you do not have permission to use.

Availability and limits

We work to keep Afluento reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product improves, and room availability or feature limits may change based on release status, your account state, or limits shown in the product. Some rooms or paid features may depend on your plan, bundle entitlements, or credit balance when billing is available.

Limitation

Afluento is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. It can help you organize work, but it does not replace your own judgment for business, scheduling, or other outside decisions.

Your controls

You can disconnect providers in the product. For account data deletion requests or other questions, email support@afluento.com.
