What we store

Afluento stores the account details you use to sign in, the text conversations and history you create in the product, transcripts and saved history from voice sessions, the room data you create, and the settings and preferences you save. If you use contacts or connect a calendar, we may also store contact details, attendee emails, event details, locations, notes, and related scheduling context needed to show relevant activity and sync approved changes. If billing is available on your account, we may also store plan, subscription, bundle entitlement, and credit balance information so the product can show your account state and apply the limits shown in the app.

Conversation and room history

Afluento stores conversation and room history so sessions can resume later. Built-in rooms can share continuity across built-in rooms when that helps keep context consistent. Custom rooms keep separate continuity from built-in rooms and from one another.

Remembered context

To make later sessions more useful, Afluento may remember preferences, corrections, and other context you have already shared. Older history may also be shortened into remembered context so later sessions can start with better continuity, feel more personalized, and require less repetition.

How we use data

We use data to operate the service, secure accounts, troubleshoot issues, personalize sessions, support approved calendar workflows, and improve Afluento over time.

Connected accounts and permissions

Google sign-in uses only basic identity scopes: openid email profile. Google Calendar access is requested in a separate connect flow. Apple Calendar connection is manual today and uses your Apple ID email, an app-specific password, and a CalDAV URL. Connected provider credentials and similar secrets are encrypted on our servers. We also work with providers in a few categories to run the service, including authentication, database and storage, model and voice processing, hosting and infrastructure, optional analytics or webhook providers if configured, and calendar connections.

Approved external actions

When Afluento proposes a change to a connected calendar provider, you review and approve it before anything is sent. This approval step is for assistant-proposed external writes, not for changes you make yourself directly in another calendar app. Google Calendar currently supports approved create, update, and delete actions. Apple Calendar connection is available and supports approved create, update, and delete actions through that connection.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the service providers needed to run Afluento, such as authentication, database and storage, model and voice processing, and hosting and infrastructure providers. We also share data with connected providers when you choose to connect them or approve an external action, and with optional analytics or webhook providers only when those integrations are configured.

Your controls

You can disconnect providers in the product. For account questions or deletion requests, email support@afluento.com.
